Back orders will be shipped without notification unless a cancellation date is indicated by the customer. Epic Gift Wholesale reserves the right to cancel all back orders under $50.

Items as sets cannot be ordered separately.

Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number from our Customer Service Department.

All returns must be in resalable condition. Please keep return order in the original packing materials and boxes.

Unauthorized returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. Please provide proofs, order number and date in the email.
